Sheri Erhart

Sheri Erhart is Chief Operating Officer and Partner at CMC Hotels, a family-owned hospitality company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. CMC develops and operates Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt hotels across the state, along with boutique projects such as Hive House in Cary.

An industrial engineering graduate of North Carolina State University, Sheri applies a systems-driven approach to hotel operations, design, and development, creating properties that balance efficiency and guest experience.

Since 2016, Sheri has served on the Marriott Franchise Owner Advisory Council, helping shape collaboration and best practices between owners and brand leadership. She also serves as Chair of the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau Board and on the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association Board of Directors.
