Jamie Schwedler leads Parker Poe’s Development Services team, where she advises developers, investors, and landowners on a comprehensive range of real estate and development matters. She has been recognized by Chambers USA as one of “America’s Leading Lawyers” in Real Estate Zoning and Land Use. Under her leadership, the Development Services team includes more than 50 attorneys across eight states. Locally, Jamie heads the Raleigh Land Use Team—a group of 10 attorneys focused on land use issues throughout the Triangle, one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
