Following his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Elias joined Wells Fargo, where he led the bank branch-based financial advisors across Los Angeles County. In 2020, he authored a book on practice management for financial advisors, further establishing his thought leadership in the industry.
Elias recently returned to Raleigh to take on an exciting leadership opportunity, overseeing much of North Carolina. His focus is on recruiting and retaining top-tier financial advisors while strengthening relationships with existing teams.
On a personal note, Elias is the proud father of three children: Olivia (16), Emily (15), and Andrew (12). He enjoys spending his free time outdoors—especially fishing, camping, and skiing. A fun fact: Elias is a descendant of George Washington.
