Cameron Ebron

Cameron Ebron is the Executive Director of Real Estate Planning for North Carolina Children’s, a transformative partnership between Duke Health and UNC Health to create and build a world-class children’s health system in North Carolina. Previously, Cameron was the System Director of Real Estate Development for UNC Health where she directed large capital project planning and development. Her tenure at UNC Health also included multiple positions in the Strategic Planning department and she continued to leverage her strategy background throughout her tenure at UNC. Prior to joining UNC Health, Cameron worked as a Consultant at The Lewin Group in Falls Church, VA and as a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research in Washington, DC.

Cameron holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bryn Mawr College, and a master’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional. Cameron has served on numerous boards including the American College of Healthcare Executives.
